Supporting KWH Logistics in developing ethical organizational culture
Code of Conduct Company has had the pleasure of working with KWH Logistics for several years to support the development of ethical organizational culture. The KWH Group Code of Conduct provides the foundation for ethically sustainable decision-making in everyday operations—guiding how the company functions as a work community and as part of broader collaboration with customers and partners.
The focus of our cooperation has been on translating ethical principles from paper into practice and genuinely engaging management and personnel in reflecting on the everyday situations in which ethical consideration is needed. Our collaboration has included the following steps:
- Regular workshops for management, supervisors, and sales personnel, where ethical decision-making is explored at a practical level through concrete example situations (ethical dilemmas).
- A company-wide employee survey used to assess how the Code of Conduct, ethics, and equality are realized in everyday work.
- Training for all personnel delivered through remote lectures, with recordings also used in onboarding new employees.
Through these continuous actions, it is ensured that the Code of Conduct remains top of mind in daily operations. At the same time, supervisors’ capabilities are strengthened to reinforce the organizational culture by raising ethics related questions at a lower threshold as part of ongoing dialogue within the work community.
