Code of Conduct Academy
The overarching mission of the Code of Conduct Academy‘s extensive online training selection is to promote a culture of ethical conduct in the Finnish workplace. Our training portfolio encompasses traditional areas of corporate responsibility and themes related to responsible business practices and corporate culture. Most of the courses are in Finnish.
The Academy offers courses on compliance, risk management, corporate responsibility, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) work, promoting responsible corporate culture, internal auditing, and internal control. Our online training is particularly suitable as a support for professionals and experts in their learning journey.
Online training service for studying responsible working life
Training sessions, ranging from 45 to 90 minutes, consist of video lectures, engaging tasks, and textual content, enabling diverse learning within the constraints of a workday and supporting continuous learning. Most of our courses are part of larger training modules, allowing a comprehensive understanding of a topic from various perspectives.
