TIKKURILA HOUSE RULES -ONLINE TRAINING FOR GLOBAL STAFF
Code of Conduct Company had the honor of being a partner in Tikkurila House Rules training which handled the company’s code of conduct. We created a digital training which presented the House Rules principles for the entire Tikkurila personnel.
The digital training presented the House Rules principles in animation and exercises based on them, which activated the personnel to contemplate implementation of these principles in everyday situations. The training also included a final test which was a prerequisite for receiving a certificate.
The training was launched in 11 different languages
