I founded the Code of Conduct Company in 2018 with a mission to foster more sustainable work life and responsible business conduct. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked with these same topics in various roles at multinationals. I am also the co-founder of Nordic Business Ethics Initiative.

I help our customers in risk management, compliance in good governance and to control their processes. I am also an expert in sustainability reporting (CSRD). One of my priorities in our projects is to make sure, that the solutions that we create together with our customers, are well tailored and practical. For me it is important to be able to work towards ethical business together with our customer organisations.

I help our customers especially in developing ethically sustainable organization culture and social responsibility. My educational background is in anthropology and I bring a human centric approach to sustainability work. I am also in charge of Code of Conduct Company’s communications. I am happy to be creating a more ethical and sustainable working life with an amazing team.
