Innostava Code of Ethics ja verkkokoulutus Lundbeckille

Code of Conduct Companylla oli ilo olla uudistamassa Lundbeckin Code of Conduct -kokonaisuutta, johon kuului uuden Code of Ethics -toimintaperiaatteiden sekä osallistavan e-learning -koulutuksen laatiminen.

Yhteistyö aloitettiin benchmark-analyysilla sekä osallistamalla Lundbeckin sisäisiä avainsidosryhmiä työpajatyöskentelyn, sekä laajemmin koko henkilöstöä verkkokyselyn, avulla. Perusteellisella taustatyöllä varmistettiin, että uusi Code of Ethics ja verkkokoulutus istuu organisaation kontekstiin ja kulttuuriin.

Taustatyön ja sisäisten sidosryhmien välisellä yhteistyön myötä laadittiin toimintaperiaatteiden sisältö, ja uusi Code of Ethics -dokumentti visualisoitiin Lundbeckin brändin mukaisesti. Verkkokoulutuksessa sukellettiin syvemmälle valikoituihin eettisen toiminnan teemoihin hauskojen ja innostavien anomiaatioiden ja tehtävien kautta.
