Niina brings the insights, provocations and clarity that help organisations move beyond checkbox compliance.

How to Engage Your Adult Professionals via eLearning (in English) |
May 12, at 10-11 EEST
Most employees hate compliance training.
But what if the problem isn’t the topic—it’s the way we teach it?
In the second part of our webinar series, we dive into how to create eLearning that adults want to complete, remember, and actually use in their work.
What to Expect?
What Makes Modern eLearning Work?
Sanna Kalliokoski, Partner at Code of Conduct Company, opens the session with a reality check on why traditional compliance training fails—and what today’s professionals really need to stay engaged.
Key Insights: Designing eLearning That Resonates
Sanna explores the core blockers and opportunities in compliance eLearning:
- People hate compliance trainings — and why that’s a design problem, not a learner problem.
- The classic mistake: adding more quizzes instead of adding meaning.
- White vs. blue collars: how different audiences require different learning logic.
- “We might as well include this too” — the myth that kills clarity and engagement.
- Remembering vs. understanding — why memorization doesn’t change behavior.
- Audit‑proof ≠ learner‑proof — how to meet requirements without overwhelming people.
These points help you rethink eLearning as a tool for mindset‑shift—not just information delivery.
Three Real Examples of Effective Trainings
We’ll walk through concrete cases showing how smart design transforms engagement. These examples provide practical inspiration you can adapt to your own organization’s needs.
Who Should Join?
Compliance, HR, L&D, and Culture & Ethics teams who want training that people actually value—not just complete.

Sanna combines regulatory expertise from the financial sector with a practical, human-centered approach to ethics. She is known for making complex topics accessible and helps organizations build ethical cultures where people, not structures, manage risk.
Life after eLearning launch (in English) |
June 9, at 15-16 EEST
Where Codes Go to Die — And How to Bring Them Back to Life
Niina Ratsula, Founder of Code of Conduct Company, opens with an honest look at what happens after the excitement of launch fades:
- The Code is silently forgotten — why this is so common and what signals to watch for
- Why launch ≠ implementation — the uncomfortable truth that awareness is not the same as adoption
Niina will walk through the organisational blind spots that weaken integrity—and the practical levers that strengthen it.
Beyond Training: Introducing LEAP
Next, Michaela Ahlberg presents LEAP, the learning platform for ethical awareness and skills.
She introduces:
- How LEAP brings together conversations with experts, real-world cases, and human‑risk insights
- Why ethics is not an answer, but a conversation
- How LEAP supports judgment, critical thinking and consistent decision‑making across all levels of the organisation
- Why successful cultures rely on continuous engagement—not one-off training
What Else Can We Do? Practical Approaches to Strengthening Integrity
Michaela continues with a set of actionable strategies you can implement immediately, including how to build culture—not compliance.
Who Should Join?

Creating a meaningful Code of Conduct (in English) | (webinar recording 2.12.2025)
Organizations have been creating Codes of Conduct for decades to define shared rules of conduct for their employees — and increasingly also for their business partners. Over time, these documents have evolved from detailed lists of dos and don’ts into value-based commitments.
What is the need, purpose, and added value of these documents? What does committing to act in accordance with a Code of Conduct mean for companies, their employees, and their business partners? Does it make sense to write ethical principles if there are no guarantees they will be followed in practice?
In this webinar, we’ll explore what it takes to create a meaningful Code of Conduct. Our expert, Niina Ratsula, will answer the following questions:
- What should be considered when writing, communicating, and training on the Code of Conduct?
- How can the success of ethically sustainable practices be measured within the workplace and among business partners?
- What is the role of the Code of Conduct in corporate responsibility?
From this webinar, you will gain information and practical guidance on how to ensure that your organization’s Code of Conduct is a meaningful and effective document that helps people make the right choices.

Ihmisoikeuksia koskeva huolellisuusprosessi (HRDD) | (webinaaritallenne 20.5.2025)
Asiantuntijamme Kia Karvetti vastaa muun muassa seuraaviin kysymyksiin:
- Mitä HRDD-prosessin eri vaiheissa tulee ottaa huomioon?
